FAQ’s

1. What is included in my Exterior Makeover Package? Included are 2-3 images showing different paint, trim, or landscaping options as virtual mock-ups. You will be sent a PDF brief containing specific paint colors used in the mock-ups, as well as a summary of any architectural/landscaping changes shown in the photos. All delivered concepts will be based on discussions had in our free 30-minute virtual design consult. And, once you have your concepts in hand, we always hope our customers will reach out once they begin work on their remodels for any questions or extra support along the way! 
2. How do we get started? Once you reach out and we discuss what exterior changes you want to visualize for your home, whether it be seeing different paint color options or what a new sidewalk and landscaping might look like, you can send your payment. Once your payment is received, you are placed in the queue and we begin work on your project! 
3. Do you only do the front side of my home? We can do as many sides of your home as you like! We typically charge separately for each side of the home/building that we render, but this can be negotiated based on the size/complexity of your home. The $50 discount currently covers only the first Exterior Makover Package purchase. Additional sides of the home can be added at full price.
4. What’s your turnaround? While it varies depending on your place in the queue, typically once we start work on your project we are completed within 2-3 days. We are excited to show your home concepts to you, and we know you’re excited to see them!
5. So how much will this cost me? $250 even for one Exterior Makeover Package, which covers one side of your home! Our usual price is $300, so with the discount it is $250 even! No other hidden fees or charges.
6. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Check, Cash, or Venmo payments!
